I studied in London for over 25 years. I deal primarily with musculoskeletal problems and have extensive experience with pregnant women, prenatal and postpartum women. My approach links the pains and problems of the skeleton and posture with way of life. The treatment is manual and includes exercises, and training on proper posture and movement on a daily basis. I have a strong background in yoga [I taught for many years] and in movement.
